IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO :

• Submit your return within 7 days
• Return your item in the original packaging
• Not remove any labels or tags
• Not wear, wash or alter your item in any way
• Wear underwear when trying your item on

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS !

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT REFUND YOU IF YOU REFUSE TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL !

  

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?

• Contact us via our customer service email : contact@nevywear.com
• Provide your order number and the email address used to make the purchase
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

RETURN FEES :

The shipping costs are paid by you (we do not pay or refund these). Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.

 

REFUND :

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 15 working days after approval. Please note that refunds will be given for the price of the item excluding the cost of delivery.

 

ITEMS BOUGHT IN SALE :

All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned. However, pieces bought on sale can be exchanged for different sizes/items.
